The Elmira Fitness Center offers the lowest fees in the area for unlimited use of our facility.

 

EFC Memberships:

• Monthly Membership with Autopay: $40/month 

• 3 Month Membership: $120 

• 6 Month Membership: $220 

• 12 Month Membership: $400 

Drop In: $10 per visit

One Week Pass: $20
