NEW! Bokwa

Bokwa is a new and completely different approach to group fitness classes that is rapidly spreading across the globe.  Bokwa participants draw letters and numbers with their feet while performing an energizing and addictive cardio workout routine.  Moving together to today's most popular music, participants follow the pattern of letters and numbers, making it a class that anyone can follow.

 

 

Body Fusion

High intensity and high or low impact workout for any level of fitness.  This class incorporates the use of body bars, medicine balls, stability balls, steps, etc.  for a full body workout.

 

Cardio Core

A class on it’s own with a combination or cardio and core exercises.  With this cardio and core class, you’re sure to get in shape.

 

Combo/Pump

An aerobic muscle-conditioning workout with emphasis on strength and endurance.  This class will improve your muscle strength, bone density, and increase metabolism while sculpting your body.

 

Fight Fit

A fast paced morning exercise class that combines different techniques to improve overall cardiovascular health as well as strengthening and conditioning the body.  By combining weightlifting, sprinting, bag work, kettle bells, free weights, resistance bands, tires and other activities, Fight Fit becomes a high intensity interval training session.  These workouts are designed to push your cardiovascular endurance, stamina, strength and agility.

 

Hyperfitness

 (OMG) The class to challenge you once a month to push you to your limits...different exercises to work all areas of your body to a lean sleek machine.  All levels of clients are welcome. It’s a workout used to train to climb MT EVEREST.

 

Kettle Fusion

 Kick your cardio vascular conditioning into high gear! Burn fat faster and build functional strength and a strong core. The seamless choreography makes you feel like you are in an aerobic class: the kettlebell makes you feel like you are in a weight room.

 

Kickboxing

 High energy total body cardio workout.  This class mixes punches, kicks, and fighting combos with training drills and toning exercises set to the beat of fun and energizing music.  Come...take a PUNCH.

 

Piloxing

 A creative mix between Pilates and Boxing geared toward women.  With this unique exercise blend, Piloxing allows you to work at your own pace, encouraging you to push yourself harder each and every time.

 

Tabata

 An interval workout that enhances your endurance with the use of weights, body weight and plyometrics for all client levels.  A class of 20 seconds of work to 10 seconds of rest.  Anyone can do it.

 

Yoga

 A Hatha Yoga consists of physical poses and stretches, breathing exercise and deep relaxation that improve the strength, flexibility, ease, and overall well-being of your body.  This class is suitable for all ages and ability levels.  Modifications are shown.

 

Zumba

 Fitness fuses hypnotic Latin rhythms and easy to follow moves to create a dynamic program that will blow you away.  Caloric burning, body energizing, awe-inspiring movements meant to engage and captivate for life.

 

Zumba Toning

 Use of Toning sticks to tone arms, abs, and thighs.

 

 Personal Training

Not sure where to start?  Bored of your routine?  A personal trainer may be just what you need to get your fitness goals in motion. 

Having a personal trainer will dramatically increase your chances for success.  Most people find that they can do with a trainer what they just couldn't do on their own.  The surest way to get results is with professional help. A few sessions or a few months of training will propel you toward your goals and can save you years on your path to victory.  So if your health and fitness goals are really important to you, why go it alone when you don't have to?

 Personal Training Sessions at EFC

A personal training session is normally 30 minutes to 1 hour in duration.  The workout time will vary depending on your ability to do the exercises.  If at any time during your training session you feel ill or unable to complete an exercise, please let the trainer know.   The trainer may end the session at anytime if he or she feels you are unable to complete your workout safely.

 

The client should arrive before his/her session is scheduled to begin.  Clients are expected to do a 10-minute warm-up on their own.  If you warm up during your training session, that time will be deducted from your workout.

We request that you come to your training session prepared to work out.  You should wear athletic type clothing:  Sweat pants or athletic shorts, t-shirt or sweatshirt, socks and sneakers. The training session will be tailored to your individual needs, goals and ability.
