Membership Policies

The Membership Policies are designed to insure a safer and more enjoyable environment in which to exercise. Please be thoughtful and observe the policies as you, and all members, agreed to follow.  EFC may, in its sole discretion, modify the Membership Policies without notice at any time. It's your responsibility to know and follow the most current Policies and Rules.

Membership ID cards

EFC will issue a membership ID card to members for identification purposes. Memberships less than 31 days are not issued a card. All members must check-in at the front desk upon entering the club.

Membership freeze policy

Qualification: EFC will only freeze your membership if you are current on your Monthly Dues.  The minimum term for a medical freeze is one month.

Dues During Freeze: Once the freeze form is completed and submitted to the desk staff, no Dues will be collected during the time of the freeze.  In the event your membership is prepaid, the term of the prepaid membership shall be extended, without Dues, for the same period of the freeze.

Notice: All freeze forms must be completed prior to the beginning freeze date.  $5 Freeze fee is assessed at the time of freezing a membership.

Use of the facilities

Conflicts Regarding Use: Please don't linger on the equipment because other members may want to use it. No member should monopolize the equipment or weights.  In short, observe gym etiquette. If there is a conflict over use, let desk staff resolve it.

Weights & Other Equipment: There are specific rules posted regarding the use of the weights and other equipment in the Facilities. As a courtesy, please replace the weights on the rack after you use them and wipe off any benches after your use.

You and your minor children must follow any such rules and regulations and pay any applicable fees. To join, all minors must have a Membership Agreement completed and signed by a parent or guardian in the presence of EFC staff.
