Thank you for registering for EGC Summer Fun! We are thrilled to be open and are working very hard to make sure we are able to continue to provide fun and active opportunities for our entire EGC gym family! Please let us know if you have any questions.
MEDICAL FORM:
All students must have a current Medical form on file to participate. A new form must be submitted every school year and can be found online here:

WHAT TO BRING:
MORNING SUMMER FUN:
Please bring a water bottle (water only), snack and sunblock. Please bring a small backpack, drawstring bag or lunch box that can contain all items.
Please label all items.
AFTERNOON SUMMER FUN:
Please make sure your child has eaten lunch before arriving for Afternoon Summer Fun!
Please bring a water bottle (water only), sunblock, bathingsuit, towel & sandals/flip flops. Please bring a small backpack or drawstring bag that can contain all items.
Please bring something white to tie dye on Wednesday (shirt, pillowcase, bandana etc), or send $5 and we will provide the item.
Please label all items.
WHAT TO WEAR:
Please wear comfortable clothes to run and play with no buttons or snaps.
ARRIVAL PROCEDURES:
*Please use the new drop-off & pickup procedures whenever possible.
* You may pull up to the front awning 10 minutes or less before EGC Summer Fun begins. Students must have all supplies needed in a small drawstring bag or lunch box that they can easily carry. A coach will help your child enter the building and go through the check in process.
*Parents that will enter the building must park in the middle spaces of the parking lot. Coaches will then take your child through the check in procedure and visitors will walk upstairs to the viewing area.
PICK UP PROCEDURES:
*EGC Summer Fun! Students will be dismissed through our new pickup procedure detailed here:
CLICK HERE*Please put a sign in the passenger side window with your child’s name in large printing. This will help to speed up the pickup process.
*There is a new pickup lane along the front of the building marked with orange cones. At pickup time please pull into the pickup lane as far forward as possible toward the end of the sidewalk. A coach will open the black doors along the sidewalk at pickup time and will bring the students out for pickup.
